Job Description:

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will ensure that guest rooms and public areas are kept clean, tidy, and welcoming. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help create a comfortable and enjoyable environment for guests. Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and service guest rooms and public areas, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
• Replenish guest room amenities such as toiletries, towels, and refreshments
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness and report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department
• Follow housekeeping procedures and adhere to health and safety guidelines
• Provide turn-down service and ensure rooms are prepared for guest arrivals
• Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all areas of the property
• Collaborate with the housekeeping supervisor and other departments to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred (experience in luxury hotels is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift/move heavy items
