Restaurant and Bar Staff

Lux Hospitality Solutions is seeking energetic and service-oriented Restaurant & Bar Staff to join our team. Whether working as a server, bartender, or barista, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining and beverage service to guests in a luxury setting. We are looking for individuals with a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering a high-end guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Restaurant Server:
    • Greet and seat guests, presenting menus, and taking orders
    • Serve food and beverages in a timely, professional manner
    • Provide detailed information about menu items and offer recommendations
    • Ensure tables are set and cleaned before and after service
    • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and courtesy
  • Bartender:
    • Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to the establishment’s recipes and guest preferences
    • Engage with guests, offering recommendations and creating a welcoming environment
    • Monitor and restock bar inventory, ensuring adequate supplies at all times
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
    • Adhere to all safety and responsible alcohol service regulations
  • Barista:
    • Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and other specialty drinks following recipes
    • Engage with guests in a friendly manner, ensuring quick and efficient service
    • Maintain cleanliness of the barista station and equipment
    • Handle payments and operate the point-of-sale system accurately
    • Assist with food service and beverage orders in collaboration with other team members

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in restaurant or bar service roles preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and adherence to food and beverage service standards
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • For bartender roles, proficiency in mixology and knowledge of a wide range of drinks
